MASHPEE SCHOOL COMMITTEE REGULAR.MEETING NOVEMBER 6, 2002 Minutes Attendees: Chairman Janice Mills, Mollie Deis, and Ben Caswell. Peter Thomas and DonnaJean Lopez were absent this evening. Call Meeting Mrs. Mills called the regular meeting to Order at 6:40 p.m. in the Ma.shpee to Order High School Library. This evening's meeting commenced with ars award presentation from Massachusetts Association of School Committees honoring two local organizations as MAS 's 2002 Outstanding School Partners. Iden P rr ira, , Vice President of MASC, presented plagues to the will wb nd Children's Charity and the Ma.shpee Concert Committee for their continued support of children's programs. After a small reception for the above-named honorees,the regular meeting reconvened at 7:07 p.m. II. Executive Session There was n "Executive Session"this evening. III. VOTE: Unanimous 3.3 Finance Meeting — October 23,_2002 — Motion made by Mr. Caswell, seconded by Mrs. Reis, to approve the minutes of the finance meeting held on October 23, 2002. Acknowledgments 5.1 2002-2003 Master Calendar Donation—Cape Cod Printing—Mrs. Mills acknowledged Walter Carlson of Cape Cod Printing for their donation of the annual printing of 3,000 copies of the Master Calendar.
