Specifically 9.1 P l i cy ARIA "Crim inal offender Record Information C.O.R.1. <br /> Assigned/ Requirements.—Motion mach by Mr. Thomas, seconded by Mr. Caswell,t <br /> Unfinished approve this policy. <br /> Business Mr. Thomas noted that this policy is used state-wide only and to avoid <br /> possible delays in employee background checks, he will investigate federal <br /> C.o.l .l. requirements for possible implementation in the school system. <br /> The federal system is less time-consuming in obtaining background history <br /> checks. <br /> X. New Business There was no"New ew Busin ss"discussion. <br /> XI, Committee Reports 11.1 Sub-Committee Reports <br /> 11.1.1 Negotiations—Mr. Thomas said Units A and Bare settled and Unit <br /> has a meeting on May 19t". <br /> 11.1.2 High School—Mrs.Mills said she and Mrs.Reis met with Mr. <br /> Brown to discuss graduation procedures which were mentioned <br /> earlier in the meeting. <br /> 11.1.3 Elementary School—There was no meeting. <br /> 11.1.4 Curriculum/MCAS — Mrs. Parolski said the Health and Physical <br /> Education in-house curriculum committee will meet on May 121h. <br /> The MCAS Long-Composition make up is set for May 8`h while the <br /> MCAS testing for grades 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 and the grade 10 high stakes <br /> tests will tape place next week. <br /> 11.2 External Report <br /> 11.2.1 Cape Cod Collaborative—Mr. Caswell said there was no report. <br /> 11.2.2 Leisure Services — Mr. Thomas was out of town last week and has <br /> not received any phone calls regarding any outstanding issues. <br /> 11.2.3 Safe Transportation Task Force — Mr. Caswell said there has been <br /> no meeting. <br /> 11,2.4 Affirmative Action Committee -- Mrs. Parolski and Mrs. Lopez <br /> were unable to attend the meeting but Mrs. Parlski reported she <br /> spoke with a representative from this committee who made <br />
