MAS14PEE SCHOOL MMITTE —REGULAR MEETING—JULY 2, 2003 PAGE <br /> 3.6 Executive Session — June 14, 2003 — Motion made by Mrs. Cook, <br /> seconded by Mrs. Mills, to approve the minutes of the executive session held <br /> n June 14, 2003. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> IV, Public Forum Media Arts Director Melissa Murphy informed the Committee that a copy of <br /> the 2003 graduation ceremony was available for Mr. Thomas as Chairman of <br /> the School Committee as well as for seniors who did not receive a free copy. <br /> V. Acknowledgments 5.1 League Co-Champions, 2003 Girls Spring Track — Mr. Thomas <br /> congratulated the girls' team for their outstanding year as being named as the <br /> South Shore League -Champions. <br /> .2 League Co-Champions, 2003 Boys Spring Track — Mr. Thomas <br /> congratulated the boys' team for their outstanding efforts this year and also <br /> being named as the South Shore League -Champions. <br /> VI, Communications Mr. Thomas outlined a letter from Rebecca Romkey, Coombs School PTO <br /> President, wherein rein she outlined the successful goals of the PTO this year. In <br /> her letter, Ms. Romkey acknowledges and commends Mrs. Doyle for her <br /> support and efforts during the past three years. <br /> VII. Student Advisory The Student Advisory C o u n c lI representative wiII begin attending meetings j <br /> Council September. <br /> VIII.
