VOTE:E: Unanim us IX. Specifically Assigned/ Mrs. Par lsl i discussed the e-mailing of school documents to homes. She Unfinished Business said the administrators met and decided which documents they wished t include in this project such as school calendars, newsletters, daily notice, menus, and permissions slips. This will be an ongoing project throughout the school system. Mrs. Par lski updated the Committee on the rotary traffic pattern'/flyover. She attended a meeting recently where she was assured that the Coombs School and Quashnet School Auld not be affected with traffic issues. X. New Business 10.1 Superintendent"s Evaluation — Mr. Thomas asked the Committee members to complete the annul superintendent's evaluation and return t him before the December 1 lh regular School Committee meeting at which time it will be discussed. 10.2 FBLA T`r — Discussed earlier in the meeting. 10.3 Washington, D. C. Tri —Discussed earlier in the meeting. XI. Committee Reports 11.1 Sub-C om rn itteeits 11.1.1 Negotiations — Mr. Thomas said the unit C Memorandum of Agreement has been ratified by Unit C. The non-union employees' contracts are still being reviewed. 11.1.2 High School — The NEASC report was discussed earlier in the meeting. 11.1.3 'Elementary School — The Coombs School 2003-2004 School Irnprove m ent Plan was discussed earlier tonight. 11.1.4 Curriculum MCAS — Mrs. Parolsli said the curricula for Family and Consumer Science and Social Science are meeting in January. Also, MCAS continues 11.2 External Reports 11.2.1 Cape Cod Collaborative—There was no report this evening.
