I IAS1-PEE SCHOOL COMMITTEE—REGULAR MEETING—JANUARY 7, 2004 PAGE <br /> 11.2.1 Cape Cod Collaborative—Mrs. Lopez said the December meeting <br /> was cancelled and the next t n is scheduled for January 15'11. <br /> 11.2.2 Leisure Services—Mrs. Deis was not called to attend a meeting. <br /> 11.2.3 Safe Transportation Task Force—Mr. Thomas said there was n <br /> meeting. <br /> 11.2.4 Affirmative—Action Committee—Mrs. Cook said the next meeting is <br /> scheduled for January 13 1n at 4:30 while the December meeting had <br /> been cancelled. <br /> 11.2.5 Boosters Club—Mrs. Reis said a meeting is slated for January 14t". <br /> 11.2.6 Indian Education — Mrs. Lopez has not been informed of any <br /> meetings. <br /> 11.2.7 Health Advisory Committee — Mrs. Lopez said this group is <br /> continuing to reorganize. <br /> 11.2.8 ]Menu Advisory Committee—Mrs. Cook said the next meeting is set <br /> for February 4 tri at 1:45 p.m. in the High School conference room. <br /> XII. Other Mfrs. Parolski said the new MLTNIS paychecks will be distributed on January <br /> t" for all school department employees. Mrs. Ferguson also commended <br /> Ellen Calhoun, Darlene Phelan and those Town Hall employees who were <br /> instrumental in 'Implementing the MUNIS system. <br /> Mrs. Reis said the recent FY05 budget report was "awesome" and <br /> commended Mrs. Ferguson, Ellen Calhoun and Darlene Phelan for the <br /> tremendous amount of time and effort required to urate this report a <br /> working document. <br /> XIII. Executive Session There was no need to hold a second executive session this evening. <br /> XIV.
