i * MA H.PLL SCHOOL COMMITTEE FINANCE MEETING MARCH 17, 2004 ilnuts Attendees: Chairman Peter Thomas, Theresa Cook, lnnaJean Lopez, and Janice Mills. Mollie Deis was absent this evening. Also in attendance were Superintendent of Schools Patricia par lsl i and Business Office Supervisor Elim Ferguson. 1. Call Meeting to Order—I Ir. Thomas called the finance meeting to order at 6:31 in the Office of the Superintendent located in the Quashnet School. . Executive Session — Motion made by Mrs. Lopez, seconded by Mrs. Mills, to move into executive session at 6:32 p.m.for the purpose of personnel and negotiations. Roll Call vote: In favor — Mr. Thomas, Mrs. Cook., Mrs. Lopez, and Mrs. Mills; opposed — none. Due to a large audience that had gathered in the Superintendent's office during executive session, � the finance meeting reconvened in the Quashnet School Library at 7;07 p.m. 2. FY04 Budget Update — Mrs. Ferguson updated the Committee ori this year's budget which is "going along well until the end of this year." Mrs. Cook commended all administrators for their FY04 budget expenditures. 2.1 FY04 Budget Transfers--The following actions.were taken for the FY04 budget transfer requests(See Exhibit A for details): Motion made by Mrs. Cool, seconded by Mrs. Mills,to approved budget transfer 404-01-24 totaling$9,000.00. VOTE: Unanimous Motion trade by Mrs. Cook, seconded by firs. Mills,to approve budget transfer #04-02-40 totaling$5,817.64. VT : Unanimous Motion made by Mrs. Mills,seconded by Mrs.Lopez,to approve budget transfer #04-01-30 totaling$600.00. VOTE: Unanimous Motion made by Mrs. Lopez, seconded by Mrs. Mills,to approve budget transfer #04-01'-33 $5,000.00. VOTE; Unanimous Motion made by Mrs. Cook, seconded by Mrs. Mills,to approve budget transfer #04-01-35 totaling$3,000.00. VOTE: Unanimous t
