MASIVEE SCHOOL CONMTTEE REGULAR TING MAY , 2004 Minutes Attendees: Chairman Peter Thomas, Theresa Cook, Ionna.Jean Lopez, Janice Mills, and Mollie lei . Also in attendance was Superintendent of Schools Patricia Parolski. I. Call Meeting Mr. Thom as.called the regular meeting to order at :3o p.m. in the Mashpee to order High School Library. IT. Executive Session notion made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs.Reis,to move into executive session at 6:31 p.m.for the purpose of negotiations and personnel. Roll Call vote: In favor— Mr. Thomas, Mrs. Cook, Mrs. Lopez, Mrs. Mills, and Mrs. Reis;opposed- none. The regular meeting reconvened at 7:10 p.m. Mr. Thomas thanked those who attended Town Meeting on May 3d with special thanks to the parents who came in support of the FY05 budget. III. Approval of Minutes 3.1 Finance Meeting—March 17s 2004—Motion made by Mrs.Lopez, seconded by Mrs. Reis, to approve the minutes of the finance meeting held on March 17, 2004. VOTE: Unanimous 3.2 Executive Session- March 17, 2004 — Motion made by Mrs. Lopez, seconded by Mrs. Deis, to approve the minutes of the executive session of March 17, 2004. VOTE: Unanimous 3.3 Regular Meeting — April 7, 2004 — Motion made by Mrs. leis, seconded by Mrs. Cook, to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held on April 7, 2004. VOTE: In favor - Mrs. Cook, Mrs. Lopez, and Mrs. Reis; abstained — Mr. Thomas and Mrs. Mills. 3.4 Executive Session,— April 74 2004 — Motion made by Mrs. Reis, seconded by Mrs. Lopez, to approve the minutes of the executive session held on April 7, 2004.
