Committee Reports 11,1 Sub-Committee Reports <br /> 11.1.1 Negotiations—Mrs. Parolski reported the Unit A contracts have been <br /> printed;the Unit C language needs to be reviewed before approved by <br /> all parties. <br /> 11.1.2 High School—High School issues were discussed previously. <br /> 11.1.3 Elerrrent r School — Mr. Thomas said there is a student handbook <br /> meeting during the week of May 17'h <br /> 11.1.4 Curriculum MCAS — Mrs. Pa.r lski thanked Jerry Blurnengarten who <br /> spoke at the begii ing of the meeting in Public Forum for his efforts <br /> and support for curricula. The final products will be included in the <br /> June packet. <br /> Regarding MCAS, 1r . Parlski said all grades will be taking the <br /> MCAS tests during May. Once again, all seniors have completed and <br /> passed the MCAS tests this year. <br /> 11.2 External Reports <br /> 11.2.1 CgVe Cod Collaborative — Mrs. Lopez reported there are courses <br /> offered for professional development; there will be a four-week <br /> program in 2005 with Mass. Maritime Academy for Advanced <br /> Leadership and Studies. <br /> 11.2.2 Leisure Services — Mrs. Reis said she spore with 11r. Frederick who <br /> informed her there have been no meetings due to conflicts ill <br /> scheduling. <br /> 11.2.3 Safe Transportation Task Force —Mr. Thomas said there have been n <br /> meetings of late. <br /> 11.2.4 Boosters Club—Mrs. Deis said there have been no meetings. <br /> 11.2.5 Indian Education—Mrs. Lopez said there have been no meetings. <br /> 11.2.6 Health AdvisoEy Committee—Mrs.Lopez reported no meetings. <br /> 11.2.7 Menu,.Advisory Committee — Mrs. Cook reported on a meeting held <br /> recently regarding the Department of Education's food service audit, <br /> some principal issues and survey returns. <br /> X11. Other l. Mrs. Parolskl said an advertisement on the estimated HVAC work to be <br /> done in the Quashnet School gym is forthcoming. <br />
