Call Meeting to Order - Mrs. Cook called the finance meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the <br /> Quashnet School Library. <br /> . Executive Session — Motion made by Mrs. Lopez, seconded by Mr. Thomas, to move into <br /> executive session at 6:31 p.m. for the purpose of negotiations and personnel. <br /> Roll Call Vote: In favor — Mrs. Cook,, Mrs. Lopez, Mrs. Mills, and Mr. Thomas; opposed — <br /> nne. <br /> recess was called at 7:01 p.m. <br /> The finance meeting reconvened at 7:06 p.m. <br /> The following agenda topic was moved up due to audience participation: <br /> . Notices n the Web Page — Sean Moroney—Network Administrator Sean Moroney addressed <br /> the Committee regarding the parental notices on the web page. He said this capability"is up and <br /> running"and parents will be able to d ownl oad the information commencing in S eptem ber 2004_ <br /> ..1 CIP Update — Mr. Moroney suggested using a portion of the CIP funding to purchase <br /> networking ing equipment for the labs in ""Technology Row." This would increase network <br /> throughput (speed up Web Access for Internet-based instruction) and better utilize the <br /> new PCs enhanced performance. <br /> .
