Superintendent's Job Description—Discussed earlier in the meeting. <br /> . FY05 Budget update -- Mrs. Ferguson discussed the current status of the FY05 budget. <br /> Although she is officially "retired" as of October 291 , Mrs. Ferguson will be in the office on <br /> occasion to wrap up loose ends and assisting Mr. Noche to transition in to the business office. <br /> 4.1.1 FY05 Budget Transfers—There were no transfers this evening. <br /> The food service program spreadsheet for the month of October 2004 was discussed. The <br /> revolving account currently reflects a balance of$169,246.27. <br /> . Stop Sign at Mashpee High School—Mrs. Parolsl i updated the Committee on the request trade <br /> by First Student to install a stop sign at the last high school exit intersection. Steve Boleyn from <br /> First Student said there was a safety issue with busses exiting the high school at this intersection. <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Lopez, seconded by Mrs. Mills, to install a stop sign at the high school <br /> intersection. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> Other — Mrs. Cook brought along a draft of the superintendent's brochure for approval. There <br /> were a couple of additions made to the current brochure. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Thomas, seconded by Mrs. Reis, to approve the superintendent's <br /> advertisement brochure as amended. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> Mrs. Reis asked to have the School Department's FY06 budget presentation sooner than Januar <br /> 11, 2005 as scheduled. Mrs. ParoIski will discuss this with Town Manager Joyce Mason. <br /> . Executive Session — Motion made by Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Lopez, to move into <br /> executive session at 7:07 p.m. for the purpose of negotiations and personnel. <br /> Roll Call Vote: In favor — Mrs. Cook, Mrs. Lopez, Mrs. Reis, Mrs. Mills, and Mr. Thomas; <br /> opposed—none. <br />
