Newport, R1 so that the Boy's Varsity 'T'ennis Team could tour the Tennis Hail of Fame Museum. Motion made by Mrs. leis, seconded by Mrs. Grady, to approve the out-of- state ut- f=state travel described above. 'DOTE: Unanimous 9.7 FBLA New York City Tri —March 2123 2006— Discussed earlier in the meeting. 9.8 School-to-Career Update — Mrs. Carol Filey outlined the School-to- Career chool-t - Car r Program held this year and discussed the success stories ofthe eight students who were able to complete the program this year. 9.9 EQA Audit — Mrs. Par lsl i mentioned the E A audit to be conducted y the Education Management Audit Council. The school system should receive notification of the details in July. The examination process will take about three months from start to finish. MCAS student performance data and other information will be analyzed from 2002-2005. This will be followed by a documentation audit for the same period which will include a review of financial data from 2001 forward to also include the 2005 End-of-the-Year report. A site visit will complete the audit. X. Specifically Assigned/ 10.1 After-School We i ht Loss-Program—Mrs.Par lski said Food Service � Unfinished Business Director Bob Scott will be attending a conference on this topic June 23, 2005 for a "wellness Program" to commence on July 1, 2005. This item will be tabled until Mr. Scott's report. 10.2 DC Travelers' T'ri —Discussed earlier in the meeting. 10.3 Communily Picnic — Mrs. P rolsl i updated the Committee on the Community Picric meetings recently held. After much discussion, tt was decided to hold this event on the grounds of l rfashp e High School on Tuesday, � July 'h.
