Call Meeting Mrs. Mills called the regular meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Office ofthe to Order Superintendent located in the Quashnet School. 11. Executive Session Motion made by Mr. Thomas, seconded by Mrs.Reis,to move into executive session at 6:31 p.m.for the purpose ofpersonnel and negotiations. Roll Call Vote: in favor — Mrs. Mills, Mr. Thomas, Mrs. Reis, Mrs. Grady, and Mrs.F omkey;opposed—none. The regular meeting reconvened at 7:00 p.m. SII. Approval of Minutes 3.1 Executive Session�-April 14, 2005—I otion made by Mr. Thomas, seconded by Mrs. leis,to approve the minutes ofthe executive session held on April 14, 2005.
