MASHPEE SCHOOL COMMITTEE REGULAR MEETING JULY 125 2006 Minutes Attendees: Chairman Maryl ose Grady, Peter Thomas, Becky F omkey, and Bill McNamara. Janice Mills was absent this evening. Also in attendance were Superintendent of Schools Ann Bradshaw and n l y-11i.red Business Administrator Ira Brown. f I. Call Meeting Mrs. Grady called the regular meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Office of to Order the Superintendent located in the Quashnet School. II. Executive Session Motion made by Mr. McNamara, seconded by Mrs. loin ey, to move into executive session at 6:31 p.m. for the purpose of personnel and negotiations. Roll Call Vote: In favor — Mrs. Grady, Mr. Thomas, Mrs. Becky,y, and Mr. McNamara;arra; opposed—none. The regular meeting reconvened at 7:01 p.m. III. Approval of Minutes 3.1 Regular Meeting—June 7, 2006—Motion made by Mr. Thous, seconded by Mr. McNamara, to approve the minutes of the regular ineeting held on June 7, 2006 as amended.
