VOTE: Unanimous 8.9 Stratefzic Plan and Vision — Motion made by Mrs. Ronikey, seconded by Mr. McNamara, to accept the Strategic Plan and Vision Statement as presented. VOTE: Unanimous 8.10 Budget 06/07 — Mrs. Bradshaw gage ars update on the c;lose- L[t Of the FY06 budget and reiterated FY07 F '07reductions as reported in a merno dated March 6, 2006. IX. Her notion was seconded by Mr. McNamara. VOTE: Unanimous X. New Business Mrs. Bradshaw noted the following: • Connect Ed — This service is provided by NTl Group which would allover all types of connections to all students and school staff homes for various reasons, i.e., snow days, events, and emergency communications. Costs will be $3.60 per student per year with a one-time set up and support fee of approximately $1,000. Motion made by Mrs. 1 ornkey, seconded by Mr. McNamara, to approve the Connect Ed concept with a proviso to opt out after three years, if heeded. VOTE: Unanimous • Independence House Letter of Agreement follow-up with Mrs. Grady, Mrs. l om ey, and Mrs. Mills and the Independence House ' representative, • An updated version of the School Facilities Planning hook singe 1988.
