System-wide Security Phase 11 $ 733000 <br /> . MHS Air Conditioning 25,000 <br /> 6. MHS Track Resurface 66,000 <br /> 7. QS Door Replacement 42,000 <br /> . QS and MHS Seal coating 67,000 <br /> FY08 Total l qu sts $5849500 <br /> The prioritized FY08 capital improvement request list will be discussed at <br /> the November 1 thfinance meeting. <br /> 8.8 Energy Management Conservation — Policy EBCF, — After some <br /> discussion regarding this poli, a motion was made by Mrs. Mills, <br /> seconded by Mr. McNamara,to approve policy EBCF. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> .9 American Education Week,, I ov mb r 12-18, 2006 — In observance <br /> of this week, Mrs. Bradshaw said activities have been planned in the <br /> schools. <br /> 8,10 MCAS Review — Mrs. Bradshaw gave a power point presentation <br /> on the 2006 MCAS results. <br /> Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment Ellen Bankston <br /> addressed the Committee regarding MCAS data analysis with overall stag <br /> results, comparison with school/district with state results, town-to-town <br /> comparisons, individual student results, and curriculum analysis. <br /> 8.11 District Accountability Status — Mrs. Bradshaw explained that <br /> correspondence from Commissioner David Driscoll indicated that, based on <br /> the 2006 Adequate Yearly Rrogram (AYP) determination data, Title I is in <br /> need of improvement. <br /> 8.12 Acquisition of DPW Dump Troch — School Facilities Supervisor <br /> Brad Tripp announced that his department has talon possession of the <br /> DPW's offer of their 1996 F350 with plow and sander included and has <br /> approximately 84,000 miles on it. <br /> f <br />
