Mrs. Mitis also mentioned <br /> that an accounting of hOUrs spent performing ing the duties of this position <br /> would be required and if a school employee was hired, this position would <br /> not be spent during the school day. <br /> 8.2 Administrative Reports — Mrs. Grady questioned the 93.7% <br /> attendance rate at the high school during the month of November 2006, <br /> Mrs. St. Cir answered that the housemasters are currently researching the <br /> attendance in their respective houses. <br /> i <br /> Also, in her report, Mrs. Doyle mentioned a safety issue in the Coombs <br /> School parking lot. Mrs. Bradshaw said the police have been notified. Mr. <br /> Brown spoke to Mr. Tripp who will increase the wattage in the Coombs <br /> parking lot. <br /> Mrs. Grady questioned the difference in the number of special education <br /> students rrom October to November. Mrs. Beaudin will be contacted for a <br /> response. <br /> 8.3 Enrollments — Enrollments are follows for the month of November <br /> 2006: Coombs School—487; Quashnet School —564; high school—947 for <br /> a total district enrollment figure of 1,998.
