MASHPEE SCHOOL COMMITTEE REGULAR BVI E'1' NG-DECEMBER 6, 2006 PAGE 9 <br /> 11.2 Eternal Reports <br /> 11.2.1 Cape Cod Collaborative — Mrs. Grady was unable to attend the last <br /> meeting because she attended the MA SC/MASS joint meeting. <br /> 11.2.E Leisure Services — Mrs. Romkey said there was a meeting on <br /> November " Calendars from the principals reed to be given to <br /> .Leisure Services in a more timely fashion. Also improvement in <br /> communication was discussed as well as revisiting the Use of <br /> Facilities Agreement. <br /> 11.2.3 Safe Transportation Task Force — Mr. McNamara said there was no <br /> meeting this month. One may he scheduled next year. <br /> 11.2.4 Boosters Club — Mr, Thomas was absent this evening, thus, no <br /> report. <br /> 11.2.5 Indian Education — Mrs. Mills has not been informed of any <br /> meetings. <br /> 11.2.6 Health Advisory Committee — Mrs.. Grady reiterated the School <br /> Committee approval of the wellness Policy this evening. This <br /> committee will be again on December 7 at 3:30 p.m. where the <br /> Youth Risk Behavior Burney will be discussed. <br /> 11.2.7 Menu Advisory Committee — Mrs. Mills said thea is a meeting on <br /> December mber 7"' <br /> 11.2.8 Safety Committee—Where was no report this evening. <br /> XII. other Discussion followed regarding revisiting reorganizing Grade 7 and 8 in the <br /> high school now that neve administrators are in place. It was decided to <br /> form a committee consisting of administrators, staff, and parents. <br /> Mrs. Bradshaw discussed the Boston Globe's article regarding math success. <br /> She also mentioned the l a hpee High School hinter Sports sehedul,e was <br /> included in the packet. <br /> XIII. Executive Session Motion made by Mrs. Mills,, seeon.ded by Mrs. Roml ey, to move into <br /> executive session at 9:30 p.m. for the purpose of litigation, negotiations and <br /> personnel. <br /> Roll Call Vote: In favor—Mrs. Grady, Mrs. Rood ey, Mr. McNamara, and <br /> Mrs. Mills; opposed—none. <br /> The regular uneeting reconvened at 11:09 p.m. <br /> Motion made by Mr. McNamara, seconded by Mrs. Roml ey, to submit the <br /> school department's FY08 budget request for $20,720,982 — a % increase <br /> over the FY07 budget. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br />
