i 4 i 14.2.3 Safe Transportation Task Force-No report this evening. 14.2.4 Boosters Club-No report this evening. 14.2.5 Indian Education- Mrs. Liz Hendricks spoke that there is a strong parent committee. There is a cultural class at the Kenneth C. Coombs School after school on Mondays. Tutoring is going on at present. There has also been discussion to direct the cultural class by levels. 14.2.6 Health Adviso,r rCommittee-The Committee met today. This was a very informative meting. Mr. Scott attended, as well as, Susan Burke, who is a dietician and nutritionist. There was discussion about the menu. The Committee will meet again this month to look at the next step. 14.2.7-Menu dviso!y-There was no report this evening. , 14.2.8 Safe1y Committee-There was no report this evening X .Other Mrs. Bradshaw spoke about the Special Olympics that were held on April 27, 2007. This was a wonderful event that had many volunteers. This was Kati Sylvester's senior project. Mrs. St. Cyr notified the Committee that Nis. Vicky Vieria is a top 5 finalist for Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Bradshaw mentioned that Quashnet had a Cape-Vide Music Festival last week. There was wonderful participation. As well, there was a Family Fun Night at Mashpee High School. There was a magician for students and a speaker on Positive Discipline for parents. There is also an upcoming family brekast at Kenneth C. Coombs School. Mrs. Bradshaw also thanked all the maintenance personnel for all the hard work they have done on the grounds. XV1. Executive Session Motion made by Mrs. Rome , seconded to by Mrs. Mills to move into at 10-05 p.m. for the purpose of personnel.
