Mr. Marcelli stated that regardless of actual events, it gives the idea of <br /> impropriety. There was a suggestion to keep them at town ball. Ms. Lugo will <br /> look into this farther. <br /> Ms. Lugo asked the Committee about a request from the Cape Cod Collaborative <br /> to park a van at the Quashnet School. The Committee stated they did not have <br /> problem with this. <br /> There was discussion about parking ing at the Presidential Primary on February 5, <br /> Zoo . People parked on the lawn, causing.substantial damage. There was also <br /> discussion about safety and traffic concerns with voting while students are in <br /> session. The Committee asked Mrs. Bradshaw to send a letter to the Ton Clerk <br /> stating the issues, and requesting that a change of venue he investigated for future <br /> events during the school day. <br /> XXII, New Business <br /> Mrs. Grady explained that the Finance Committee will be having a systems and <br /> procedures audit and that the schools will be happy to supply any needed information. <br /> Mgrs. Bradshaw discussed the recent bomb threats at lashpee High School. She stated <br /> that the Mashpee Police Department are investigating and will prosecute the offenders. <br /> XXI I I. Committee a its <br /> 23.1 Sub-Committee Reports <br /> 23.1.1 legotiations- There was a meeting scheduled that was cancelled <br /> today. <br /> 23.1.2 Policy- Mrs. Bradshaw , Mrs. Mills and Mr. Marcelli met on <br /> January 30th to review several policy issues. <br /> The first issue was advertising in the schools There was a request to <br /> use Ch. 22 to Arun commercials for local businesses.
