i <br /> 23.2.7 Menu.Advisory- Where was no report this evening. <br /> 23.2. _Safety Committee- There was a recent town safety meeting and at <br /> that time workers compensation and auto insurance reports were reviewed. <br /> 23.2.9 Special Education Parent Advisory Council SPAQ - There was <br /> no report this evening. <br /> 23.2.1Environmental Committee- Mr. MarceIli attended a meeting o <br /> the Environmental Oversight Committee. He suggested passing on the <br /> information from our Energy Education program to other torn <br /> departments. He suggested making a list of energy saving activities from <br /> the school. There was also discussion to share information about what has <br /> been clone with storm water run off. <br /> XXIV. Other <br /> 24.1 Mashnee Public Schools graduate math course <br /> Mrs. Bradshaw shared information about this district-sponsored math course. <br /> 24.2 Cabaret liter Mrs. Bradshaw reminded everyone about the upcoming <br /> Cabaret Hite. <br /> 24.3 Preliminary Report ort Current Fiscal Conditions in Massachusetts School <br /> Districts- Mrs. Bradshaw discussed this report put together by the Department of <br /> Education. <br /> Mrs. Lugo asked the Committee about towering the charges to other districts for <br /> Class.corn. She has received a request from the Bristol-Plymouth school district. <br /> This district purchases multiple registrations. A decision was made to have lis. <br /> Lugo devise a plan to offer some sort of incentive to those districts who <br /> purchase multiple registrations, as long as our costs are covered. <br /> XXv. Executive Session <br /> Mrs. Mills made a notion, seconded by Mr. Bailey to move into executive session <br /> t 1036 p.m. for the purpose of litigation, negotiations, and personnel. <br /> Roil Call vote: In favor- Mrs. Grady, Mr. I arcelli, Mrs. Stanley, Mrs. Mills and <br /> Mr. Bailey; Opposed- none. <br /> XXVL Adjournment <br /> Mr. Marcelli made a notion, seconded by Mr. Bailey to adjourn the meeting <br /> at 12:46 a.m. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Gail Hannan <br /> School Committee Recording Secretary <br /> School Committee Regular Meeting 02106108 <br />
