I <br /> Mashpee School Commute <br /> Regular Meeting <br /> August 2 , 2008 <br /> Minutes <br /> Attendees: l ar r ose Grady, Ralph Mar elli., Kathy Stanley, Janice Mills, and Richard <br /> 'Bailey. Also in attendance were Superintendent of Schools Ann Bradshaw and Business <br /> Administrator Patricia Lugo. <br /> I, Call Meeting to Order <br /> Mrs. Grady called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Superintendent's office. <br /> II. Executive Session <br /> Mrs, Mills made a motion., seconded by Mr. l ar elli to move into executive session at <br /> :30 p.m. for the purpose of litigation, negotiations, and personnel. <br /> Roll Call Vote; In favor- .Mrs. Grady, Mr. 1 areelli, Mrs. Stanley, Mrs. Mills and Mr. <br /> :bailey; opposed- none. <br /> The meeting resumed at 7:05 p.m. <br /> Mrs. Grady requested a moment of silence to recognize all the events that had happened. <br /> HI. Public Forum <br /> There was no one present for the open forum. <br /> I V. Approval of Minutes <br /> Mrs. Mills made a motion, seconded by Mrs. Stanley to approve the rneeti.ng minutes of <br /> 7123105. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> Mr. Mar elle stated that he granted to clarify that Earth Tech does not need the immediate <br /> major repairs discussed at the last meeting. He stated that the issue was blown out of <br /> proportion. 'Thearninc, .is not Immediate. This was more of a notification for <br /> preventative .maintenance. <br /> V, Acknowledgements <br /> Mrs. Bradshaw reviewed the letter of acknowledgement from Superintendent Mara. <br /> Masterson commending the staff that worked at the Superintendent's Institute. <br /> Vi.
