Mrs. Mills discussed a meeting she .had with Ellen Bankston ston and Brian Hyde about a <br /> class Mr. Hyde will be teaching on the history of Mashpee. <br /> XX1. Other <br /> Mrs. Bradshaw revi.e ed the following: <br /> 21.1 August 27th workshop onEthics/Conflict of. Interest and Open Meetin <br /> Lave <br /> 21.2 State Primary Election recluest. letter <br /> There was discussion about the process. There were suggestions made to have <br /> Officer Hettinger present, use cones for traffic. and ideas for using volunteers for <br /> crowd control.. <br /> 21.3 'Foundation Reserve Fund <br /> .yrs. Bradshaw discussed that she had submitted an application for funding as the <br /> school qualifies due to the fact that chapter 70 funds were greater in 2002 than <br /> 2007. <br /> 21.4 Coordinated Pro gram Review <br /> Mrs. Bradshaw discussod the Coordinated Program Review scheduled for May <br /> 18th. It was discussed that this involves major data collection. <br /> Mrs. Bradshaw asked the Committee ff they would like to loop at the School Committee <br /> packet and agenda to minimize and streamline meetings. <br /> Mr. Bailey stated that some of the information includes day-to-day tads that the <br /> Committee does not need t .know. <br /> There was discussion to look at this going forward. <br /> Mrs. rad shaw requested to have another policy sub-committee meeting to finish some <br /> of the policies that had previously been reviewed. Where was discussion that Mrs. <br /> Stanley night replace Mrs. Mills on the policy sub-committee. <br /> Mr. Marcelli stated that he would Like to review information on the substitute teacher <br /> policy. Mrs. Bradshaw stated that this could be reviewed when the s ly-cornmi.ttee meets. <br /> XXYI. Executive session <br /> Mrs. Mills made a motion, seconded by Mr. Marcelli to rove into executive session for <br /> the purpose of fitioration, negotiations, and personnel at 7:50 p.m. <br /> Roll Call Vote: In favor- Mrs. Grady, Mr. Marcelli, Mrs. Stanley, Mrs. Mills, and Mr. <br /> Bailey; opposed- none. <br /> XXII1.Adjournment <br /> Mr. Marcelli made a motion, seconded by M r.
