Call Meeting to Order <br /> MaryRose Grady called meeting to order at :3 pm. <br /> II. `Executive Session <br /> Mr. Marcelli made a motion, seconded by lir. Bailey to move into executive <br /> session for the purpose of personnel, negotiations, and litigation at 631pm. <br /> Roll Call vote: In,favor—Mrs. Grady, Mr. Marcelli,Mrs. Stanley, Mrs. hills and Mr. <br /> Bailey.
