Reports from the Principals <br /> Each principal gave an update on the activities and events at their schools. <br /> .1 MMS Grade Eight 1 to 1 Notebook Mathematics Pilot <br /> The 81h grade students at MMS will be piloting a 1 to 1 laptop ro ani for <br /> FY 12. Each 8'h grade student will be given a laptop to be taken home with then. <br /> There are very specific instructions and rules for each student. The goal of this <br /> program is to improve student achievement in middle school grade eight math <br /> relative to formative and summative assessments, <br /> X. Advanced Placement and 'Draining APTAP for PY1 <br /> We aro in the first year of a three-year program and have seen tremendous <br /> benefits for Mashpee students. There will be some reductions in funding for the FYI2 <br /> school year; however this still remains a promising program that supports and accelerates <br /> the work being done to raise student achievement andre are MHS graduates for success <br /> p p <br /> in college. <br /> XI.
