School Committee Finance Meeting <br /> November 28,2012 <br /> Minutes <br /> Present were: Scott McGee, David Bloomfield, Joan Oliver and Phyllis Sprout. Also present was Ann <br /> Bradshaw, Superintendent of Schools and Paul Funk, Interim Business Manager. <br /> I. Call Meeting to order <br /> Mr. McGee called the meeting to order at :o pen. <br /> II. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> III. *October 17,2012Minutes <br /> Mr. Bloomfield made a notion,seconded by Mrs. Oliver to approve the October 17, 2012 <br /> . <br /> minutes. <br /> Roll Call Vote: In favor—Mr. McGee, Mr. Bloomfield, Mrs. Oliver and Mrs. Sprout; <br /> opposed—none. <br /> I , Business Report <br /> .1 FV 13 Budget Ilrlonthl Ike-port <br /> Mr. Funk gave an update on the F 13 Budget. <br /> 4.2 Status of Grants.,Revolving Accounts and Lunch Prorrn <br /> Mr. Funk gave an update on the grants,revolving accounts and lunch program. <br /> Mrs. Bradshaw informed the Committee that the FY14 F14Budget has been entered into <br /> unis. The timeline for the budget process is as follows: January 4, 2013 summary o <br /> the budget is made public,January 16, 2013 School Committee will have a public hearing <br /> giving an overview of the budget and February 6, 2013 the School Committee will vote <br /> on the budget. <br /> V. Update on Superintendent Search <br /> Mr. Bloomfield made a motion,, seconded by Mr. McGee to approve Joan diver and Pbyllis <br /> Sprout as the School Committee Representatives to serve on the Superintendent Search <br /> Committee. <br /> Roll Call Vote: In favor — Mr. McGee, Mr. Bloomfield, Mrs. diver and Mrs. Sprout; <br /> opposed`none. <br /> i <br /> Mrs. liver made motion,seconded by Mr. McGee to approve including the following people <br /> on the Superintendent Search Committee: <br /> 1 Administrator <br /> 2 teachers; 1 from K-6 and 1 from -12 <br /> 3 parents; 1 from each building <br /> I Finance Committee Member <br />
