Alec watt seconded the Motion and members <br /> approved 6-0 . Mr. Watt MOTIONED to not approve Article 1 ($11, 320. <br /> to repair snow & ice removal equip. ) , which he explained that <br /> normally these purchases come out of the Snow and Ice Account . Mr. <br /> Bacigalupi also believed that the DPW Director should have planned <br /> for these in his budget . Mr, Bacigalupi seconded the Motion and <br /> members voted 6-0 to not approve this Article.. Mr. Bacigalupi. <br /> MOTIONED to approve Article 19 study for the dredging Mashpee <br /> River) . Mr. Goggin seconded the Motion and members approved 6-0 . <br /> The Committee agreed that Article 21 (tax relief) and Article 2 <br /> (Stabilization) should .be placed at the end of the Warrant . They <br /> also agreed to hold on Article 35 (Bufflehead Bay) until they have <br /> had a chance to hear from Tom Fudal a, Towyn Planner. Mr. Bacigalupi' <br /> MOTION to approve Article 4 (layout of Amanda Way) because he <br /> stated there is no cost to the. Town.. Mr. Watt seconded. the Motion <br /> and members approved 6-0 . Mr. Bacigalupi MOTIONED to approve this <br /> Article 47 (develop management committee for Mashpee Waeby) only <br /> if the management committee would study al 1 ponds and lakes in <br /> Mashpee. Mr. Goggin seconded the Motion and members approved 6-0 . <br /> Nor. Bacigalupi also. stated that he would address Article. 4 <br /> ( ampsons bill Road) on Town Meeting. Floor. Mt. Bacigalupi also <br /> stated that he would address Article 4 ('amend Groundwater <br /> Protection District) on Town Meeting floor. <br /> Mr. Bacigalupi MOTIONED to approve Article 5 {;pond grant program <br /> application) if it is inclusive of all ponds . Dan seconded the <br /> Motion and members approved 6-0 . The Committee would hold Article <br /> 1 (Stabilization) until the end. They als-o agreed to hold Article <br /> 56 tax relief) until the end. Mr. Golub agreed to discuss Article <br /> 5. (Finance Committee member at collective bargaining sessions) at <br /> Town Meeting. Mr. Goggin MOTIONED that the Finance Committee <br /> support this petition article. Nancy G ulart seconded the Motion <br /> and members approved 4-2, r. humin and Mr. Bacigalupi opposing. <br /> Article 5 (amendment to Mashpee Code) will be withdrawn. <br /> Tax- Relief <br /> In order~ to get to only a. 2 1 '2 tax increase, Mr. Golub <br /> recommended that $1 .5 million be placed in tax relief .
