12 <br /> Mr. Golub stated that,as requested by Mr. Gallo, he will still approach Dr.DeMoura <br /> and inform him of the position of the Finance Committee as noted above and <br /> Mr. Golub will report back to the Finance Committee. <br /> FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS ON <br /> ANNUAL TOWN MEETING ARTICLES: <br /> Article 4: Capital Improvement Program <br /> Reduce the amount of$835,489 to the Finance Committee recommendation by <br /> $130,000 less,for the amount of$705,489 and strike the mapping because it <br /> cannot be done. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Cumin to approve Article#4 for the <br /> amount of$705,489. <br /> Seconded by Mr. Gallo. <br /> Vote: Unanimous 7-0. <br /> Article 7: fire Station <br /> Mr. Golub stated that in regards to the Fire Station,we need to meet with the <br /> C.I.P. Committee;therefore,the Finance Committee will need to vote to make <br /> their recommendation at Town Meeting. <br /> Article 10: Treasurer/Tax Collector Compensating Balance Agreements <br /> Mr. Golub noted that we are holding Article#10 until we can discuss it with <br /> the Tax Collector. Mr. Golub will have a.letter sent to Anne Shaw requesting a <br /> meeting with her in order to answer questions that the Finance Committee has. <br /> Mr. Golub noted that there is no recommendation by the Finance Committee at <br /> this time and will hold this Article in order to make the recommendation at <br /> Town Meeting. <br /> Article 11: Town Cemetery <br /> There was discussion among the Finance Committee regarding this Article and <br /> the comments of the Selectmen. The Selectmen stated that this work could be <br /> done by Greg Taylor. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Cumin to disapprove Article 11. <br /> Seconded by Mrs. Goulart. <br /> Vote: Unanimous 7-0. <br /> Article 45: There was discussion among the Finance Committee concerning these <br /> Article 46: Articles,which all amend the Zoning By-laws. <br /> Article 47: <br /> Motion made by Mr. Watt to take No Position on <br /> these Articles. <br /> Seconded by Mr. Gallo. <br /> After further discussion,Mr. Watt withdrew his motion of No Position. <br />
