Motion to Approve Leisure Services Salary&W e: Mrs. Goulart made a motion to recommend the Leisure Services Salary&Wage budget amount to exclude the amount for the part-tune clerk. Mrs. Goulart stated that this motion was made contingent on listening to the explanation of Leisure Services on their need for the part- time clerk. The amount recommended by the Finance Committee was $166,639. This figure was determined by subtracting the F98FY98 budget amount from the FY99 F99budget.request. This amount is$8, 1. The amount of$8,531 was then subtracted from the total budget request for Salary&Wage in the amount of 175,170. The total is then$166,639. Mrs. Goulart stated that she will call Leisure Services to request someone to attend next gyre 's Finance Committee meeting to discuss their budget. Motion to Approve Leisure Ser leesExpense: ' ixs. Goulart made a motion to accept the Selectmen's recommendation for the Leisure Service Expense budget in the amount of$20,790. Motion seconded by Mr. Cleary. Vote: Unanimous. 5-0. FINANCE Co AUTTEE WARRANT ANALYSIS: Chairman Watt stated that he is accepting nominations for helping to prepare the Warrant Analysis. He stated that bids have to be obtained on the mailing of the Warrant Analysis. Mr. Cleary stated that he would help with the preparation of the Warrant Analysis. The Finance Committee discussed the issue of the Selectmen putting their recommendation in the Warrant Analysis along with the Finance Committee recommendations. MEETING WITH SCHOOL COMMITTEE AND SELECTMEN: Chairman Watt noted to the Finance Committee members that there will be a joint meeting with the Finance Committee, School Committee and the Selden on Monday,March 23,at 30 F.M. at the Town Mall. FINANCE CE COM1 ITTEE MEETING: The next regular meeting of the Finance Committee will be held on Tuesday,March 2 ,at the Mashpoe Town Hall,beginning at 6:30 P.M.
