O'Hara at 5:38 p.m. in <br /> the auditorium of the Mashpee Wampanoa.g Community& Government Center, 483 Great Neck Road South, <br /> Mashpee. <br /> Introductions. <br /> Formal introductions were held at the commencement of the meeting. Tribal Council Chairman <br /> Cedric Cromwell welcomed the Board of Selectmen and Town Managers to this historic meeting. <br /> Chairman Cromwell indicated this collaborative and productive meeting is the beginning of many <br /> more meetings within the Town of Mashpee in the start of a long lasting relationship between the <br /> Town and Tribe. <br /> Scheduling and Setting the Agenda of Future Joint Meetin s: <br /> It was agreed that each governmental body would designate two members to serve as respective <br /> Ii ai sons and meeting planners to schedule meetings as necessary. Although it was not fully <br /> determined, small subcommittees may be formed to bring forth information on particular subjects of <br /> common interest. Quarterly meetings and sessions prior to Town Meeting were also considered to <br /> generate information and to bring foi th familiarity amongst the members. Selectman Thomas F. <br /> 0"Hara as current liaison to the Tribal Council offered to continue serge as a Board of Selectmen <br /> liaison for communication purposes. <br /> The decision regarding this assignment was deferred at this time. <br />
