Murner, Manager, for a <br /> new Farmer Series Pouring Permit. The subject premise is located at 13 Labe Avenue, Mashpee and <br /> consists of 4,376 square feet of indoor space and 3,115 square feet of outdoor space, with six entrances <br /> and six exits, and a proposed seating capacity of 46. <br /> In accordance with posting procedures, the Hearing notice was read aloud into the record. Attorney <br /> Kevin Kirrane was in attendance representing the applicant Peter Murner who was also present. <br /> Documentation relative to the Notice to Abutters was submitted by the applicant to the Board of <br /> Selectmen. <br /> Naukabout Beer Company is an on-site micro-brewery and taproom of'f'ering a selection of freshly <br /> brewed beers. As a brewery,the establishment has received its Fanner Series License (Brewery, <br /> Distillery, and Winery) by the State which allows for the sale and consumption of a retail malt product <br /> at the subject location. ft 's the intention of the proponents to brew their own product on site, and to <br /> bring in other brew products as well. Detail sales are proposed seven days per week from 12:00 p.m. <br /> until 10.00 p.m. Two to three full-time employees will he on premise and trained in the service of <br /> alcohol. The Farmer Series Pouring permit is a relatively new liquor license type for licensees <br /> intending to serve alcohol by the glass. <br />
