Murner, lana er: <br /> Acting as the Licensing Authority for the Town of Mashpee, the Board of Selectmen opened the <br /> Public Dearing on the application of Naukabout Beer Company, LLC, Peter B. ll urner, Manager for a <br /> Weekday Entertainment License and a License for Public Entertainment on Sundays at the subject <br /> establishment located at t3 Labe Avenue, Mashpee. <br /> The Nearing notice was read aloud into the record in accordance with posting procedures. Peter <br /> burner, owner/manager was in attendance to review the license application with the Board of <br /> Selectmen. Mir. Turner requested the Board support his application for public entertainment during <br /> the week and on Sundays. It is his intention to host acoustic musicians for the maximum number of <br /> musicians as stated on the Entertainment License Application, Mr. Murner indicated that typically, he <br /> would most likely have two to threepersons hosting acoustic music indoors and outdoors weather <br /> dependent. <br /> Being no public comment, the Board motioned as follows <br />
