In accordance <br /> with posting procedures, the hearing notice was Bread aloud into the record. <br /> Capital Improvement Program Committee (CIP) members attending the hearing included Charles <br /> asior, Mike Richardson, Rodney Collins, Dawn'Thayer, and Andrew Gottlieb. The $1,423,700 <br /> Capital Improvement Program for FYI 9 was unanimously approved by the CIF Committee as follows <br /> with the funding sources identified; <br /> Police Department—Vehicle Lease Program $208,400 (Available Funds) <br /> 10 police Vehicles (Year 2 of 3) $144,000 <br /> 4 Police Vehicles (Year I of ) $64,400 <br /> Fire Department—$625,000 <br /> Fire Engine/Tanker $350,000 (Available Funds) <br /> Ambulance $275,000 (Ambulance Receipts) <br />
