She met with the Mashpee Environmental Club and gave there some information on the land stewards program and to see if there is any gray they can help. She noted she went on the Coonamesset River Restoration Tour in Falmouth and highly recommended it. She wrote a neer citation for illegal dumping and hopefully it will go through without a hitch, The citation is sent certified mail. She referred to the l lashpee Habitat Management Grant received from the State to conduct two morep rescribed burnin s to improve the habitat for the New England Cottontail.for twop rescribed bums. She has sent out a request for proposals for three cotes based on the procurement laws. Discussion on amending Mitigation Regulation 1 The Agent stated he is working on Mitigation Regulation 12 dealing with land constraint sites and ghat other types of mitigation may be available to figure out sone language and whether it should go in the bylaws or the regulations. He has been discussing this with Barnstable to see what they have in their regulations. He will be working on a calculation formula and getting more information and bringing it back to the Commission for further discussion.
