She noted that the paragraph-under MA EUPE -TAX RATE should be removed. Amendment to 4!6/99 minutes: Page 3,the.following 1st paragraph removed Ponograph Under MASHPE TAX RATIN : Chairwoman Gou art notedthat in the Finance Committee's Preamble, she would like to give an example which states that rf your home is assessed at S 15 0,Doo,your tax rate woutd be ciffOotecertain dollar amount Motion made by r. Cashman,seconded by Mr. Arden,and approved t accept the Finance Committee Regular Session Minutes ofTuesday,, March 3 , 1999,as amended. MANCE COMMITTEE REPORT: The Finance Cornnfittee members-reviewed the Report of the Finance Conunittee which was submitted last year with the Long Range Plan. Chairwoman Goulart commented that this year,the Report of the Finance Committee will go in the Annual Report;however,the Bong Range Plan will not be submitted. Chaiiw m n Coolart and Mt.Kinn recommended taking excerpts from the/Finance Committee's Preamble to the warrant Analysis and incorporating it into the Report of the Finance Committee for the Annual Report. Chairwoman Goulart conunented that she is not sure of the exact date this Report is due. The RoarcrSecretary will check with Mr. Whritenour7s mice on the deadline date. The Board Secretary will combine the Report of the Financc Committee from last year with the FFuunce Committee's Preamble to the warrant Analysis and a-mail the document to the Finance Comnuttee members for changes. Mr.Kumin mjuested that the paragraphs be numbered to make it easier for reference points.
