4 ]INS GAME ON N VI$LWBER 7: Chairwoman Goulart distributed a sheet noting that tickets are available at Leisure Ser rices for the bruins at the Providence Civic Center on November 7, 1999. Board acknowledged. REORGANIZATION of FINANCE COMMITTEE: Chairwoman Goulart commented that at a meeting last May,the Finance Committee discussed having W.Arden take over as Chairman after the October Town Meeting. She noted that she mentioned,at that time,that she would main Chairwoman until the October Town Meeting. Chairwoman Goulart stated that she talked with Mr.Arden and he'informed her that he would be happy to accept the position of Chairman if they would vote hui n m. Chairwoman Goulart suggested that the Finance Committee vote Mr. Dean Arden in a Chairman of the Finance Committee;however,since Mr.Arden is out of town until-Ja uary 14,she suggested that Mr.Arden become Chairman effective January I and she would remain Chairwoman through the end of the year, . rden S� Mr. Golub made a notion to nominate lean Arden for Chairman,effective January 1,2000. Nomination seceded by Jeff Amold. Vote:Unanimously Approved. VICE CH# &MAN:Steve Cashman Chairwoman Goulart made a notion to nominate Stere Cashman for Vice Ch irmau., effective January 1,2000. Nomination seconded by Sidney Golub. Vote:Unanimously Approved. CLERK Arnold Mr.Golub made a motion to nominate Jeff Arnold for Clerk,effective January 1,2000. Nomination seconded by Chairwoman Goulart. Vote:Unanimously Approved. PRIN][ING OF FINANCE COMMITTEE WARRANT ANALYSIS: Mr.Morgan stated that he would like to get permission from the Finance Committee members to pursue the idea discussed previously relative to the printing contraci for the Year 2000. He commented that instead of trying to get the bids at the last minute,he would like to o out for a bid for a calendar year,which would include two printings—April and SeptV ber■ }
