Finance Committee/April 25,2000 <br /> ANNUAL TOWN MEETING AR'T'ICLE 1 — <br /> WATERwAYS COMMISSION <br /> WA'T'ER QUALITY MONITORING ACCOUNT: <br /> Chairman Arden noted that the position of the Finance Committee on this Article is to make <br /> a recommendation at Town Meeting. <br /> The Finance Committee discussed the procedure followed at the Town Meeting for Articles <br /> not approved by the Finance Committee. <br /> The Finance Committee discussed Article 19 and the fact that this article provides funding to <br /> continue water quality testing—this is the second part.
