These minutes will become available fuer acceptance at the next meeting on March 5,2002. <br /> Due to the malfunction of the tape recorder at this meeting a verbatim record of all discussions is impossible. <br /> Chairman Arnold stated that the sole purpose of this meeting was to get through as many of the remaining budgets as possible <br /> because we have but one more meeting before a joint opportunity with the BOS on 316102 and sending the warrant out for <br /> printing. <br /> The following budget recommendations were made: <br /> 1.
