As a member of the ponce force, Chairman Umina excused himself from the <br /> discussion. Chief Collins distributed a memo.detailing budget transfer for police building <br /> repairs <br /> ■ Chief Collins suggested that actual repair costs may be less than the$90,000 originally <br /> estimated.
