Bill Johnson seconded. All were in favor <br /> 11. Correspondence: <br /> • Finance Committee Report <br /> Fetter to the Editor dated April 21,2008 <br /> Request for Transfers(from CA)in amount o $3,600.00,and$4,200.00 <br /> M.Requests for Transfer: Requests for Transfers were submitted by Jinn Long, Council on <br /> Aging, in the amounts of$3,600.00,and$4,200.00. Reason for transfer in the arnunt of <br /> $3,600.00 was due to delay of the replacement vain,need for extensive repairs to the current <br /> van, and unforeseen, increased fuel costs at the time of budgeting. Fuel costs are $600.00 - <br /> $60.00 per month. lir. Long responded to inquiries regarding mileage, approximately 1K <br /> per year; and, although no fees are charged to the residents,donations are accepted. <br /> Chairman Bill Johnson moved to aRprove the Mguest for transfer in the amount of <br /> Three Thousand Six Hundred600.00 and 00/100. Chris Avis seconded. All were in <br /> favor. <br /> A second request for transfer in the amount o $4,200.00 was submitted by Jinn Long. <br /> Request was to cover unforeseen energy expenses to Keyspan,NStar,and Hess. <br /> Vice Chairman Chuck Gasior moved to aiDDrove the re nest for transfer in the amount <br /> of Four Thousand Two Hundred Dollars t$4,200.00) and 00/100. Lynda Carroll <br /> seconded, All were in favor. <br /> Discussion on Warrant Articles which remain oven: Article 10: Oskar K enert reviewed <br /> observations from his site inspection. The beach is nan-ow,the site bare, and environmental <br /> restrictions prohibit this area to be improved. Further,there are no obvious signs of wildlife <br /> activity, and private property on both sides. It is suable for its grater,or to be used as <br /> . 1 <br />
