One letter <br /> i <br /> inquired if the School Department had followed Chapter 30B procurement laws. One of the <br /> 30B bids was found, 'There were a few IT purchases,which were considered sole soume <br /> procurements. Record keeping needs to improve, and will improve. Policies and procedures <br /> need to be updated, The School put together a Mashpee Policies and Procedures Manual and <br /> expects completion in about a week. Oskar Klenert asked if school has a compliance official <br /> or officer. Ms. Lugo sited that nobody has a title,but those licensed certified by the <br /> DOE should be knowledgeable, Bill Johnson inquired about the budget recommendation. <br /> 1&. Klenert inquired whether purchasing of supplies is done by Town Manager, Purchasing <br /> is done at school levels. Purchases above Twenty Five Thousand Dollars($25,000.00)and <br /> 00/100 for the School must go out to bid. Under$25,000.00 it is within School's realm. <br /> Joyce Mason stated anything over Five Thousand Dollars $ oo,00 and 00/100 must have <br /> three quotes.
