Charles Gasior seconded the motion. <br /> viIIiarn J ohn n, Christopher Avis and George schrnidt abstained. The motion was.approved. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. Money Transfers* <br /> Oskar Klenert reported that there was a request for a transfer from the Emergency Reserve <br /> Fund in the amount of$3,726 to cover the cost of printing of.the Warrant Articles. The current <br /> balance in the Emergency Deserve Fund account is $2,838.49. Therefore the Committee wound <br /> need to transfer the remaining balance amount from another account. The cori mittee was not <br /> clear from which account the balance amount should be transferred. <br /> William Johnson made a motion that the committee defer approval of the transfer of funds until <br /> Joyce Mason was present to explain from which account the transfer should come. Charles <br /> Gasior seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously. <br /> Joyce !Mason confirmed that the funds transfer should come from the Town's Cash Reserve <br /> Fund. <br /> Oskar Klenert made a motion that the Finance Committee approve the transfer of$3,726-00 <br /> from the Cash'l eser a Fund to corer the printing costs for the May 2, 2011 Town Meeting <br /> Deport. Charles Gasior seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> . Review of Warrant Articles <br /> Special Town Meeting Article 6. Charles Gasior stated that the CPC has <br /> recommended approval of the Article pending Zoning Board approval. if it is determined <br />
