APPROVAL of MINUTES George Schmidt made a motion that the minutes from the Finance Committee meeting held on Thursday, May 19, 2011, be approved as presented. Oskar Klenert seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. George Schmidt madeas motion.that the minutes from the Finance Committee meeting held on Thursday, June 9, 2011, be approved as presented. Mark Davini seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. NEW BUSINESS s Reserve Fund Balance Christopher Avis stated that as of 5/27/11 the reserve fund account baIan e was $ #274. There is $52,780 in the expense'account which is for the audit and other expenses. Out of the expense account, there is $ .97 remaining. 2. Mr. Gasior suggested, and the committee agreed, that at the net Finance Committee meeting, new liaison assignments will be made.
