The Town reserves the right, upon the basis of such evaluations, to reject the <br /> proposal of any and all Proposers who do not, in its sole estimation, qualify under <br /> such evaluations or if the evaluation or other investigations indicate that rejection of <br /> any such Proposer is in the Town's best interest. <br /> X1, PI?QZ:ESM <br /> • No protest regarding the validity or appropriateness of the project <br /> specifications or of the Request for Proposals will be considered unless the <br /> protest is filed in writing with the Chief Procurement officer (Executive <br /> Secretary) prior to the deadline for submission of proposals. Should a <br /> protest be rejected or disallowed, the protester may, within 48 hours <br /> (Saturdays, Sundays, and Mate holidays excluded) appeal this decision, in <br /> writing, to the awarding authority, the Board of Selectmen. <br /> XII. GENERAL <br /> • Proposals must he unconditional. <br /> Selection shall he subject to additional discussions ardor negotiations based <br /> on proposals received. <br /> • The Board of Selectmen reserves the right to cancel this Request for <br /> Proposals or to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to wive any <br /> informalities in the proposal process if it deems it to be in the hest interest of <br /> the 'Town to do so. <br /> • <br /> The Town of l i shpee is an EEO/AA/MBE employer. women and <br /> minority owned businesses are encouraged to apply. <br />
