Fire Station Building Committee <br /> Mnutes 2 <br /> October 3 1, 1997 <br /> AE�=CTURALSFIF6,CN PRQCES& <br /> Motion made by Mrs. Mason to provide the Board ofSelectmen <br /> with 3 architectural firms listed In order of preference for the <br /> renovation addition to the Mashpee Fire& Rescue Station. <br /> The Board of Selectmen are requested to; a designate <br /> onham & Sweeney as the selected architect, h authorize the <br /> Fire Station Building Committee to negotiate a fee for services, <br /> and other appropriate terms and conditions with this firm,and <br /> (c)authors the Chairman of the Building Committee to interface <br /> with Town Counsel in order to prepare a contract to be submitted <br /> to the Board of Selectmen for approval and execution. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Thomas. <br /> Y-QIE.* Unanimous. 7-0. <br /> The architectural selection process will be placed on the Selectmen's <br /> agenda of Monday, November 3, 1997. A three member sub-committee <br /> comprised of Building Committee members,Jinn Vaccaro,Joyce Mason, <br /> and George Weniiak will negotiate a fee for services, and other appropriate <br /> terms and conditions with Donham & Sweeney, Inc., and return with a <br /> recommendation to the full Committee for review and approval.
