Elizabeth Petti, <br /> Peter Thomas, Benjamin Perry, Jr., George Wezniak <br /> Guests; Tadgh Sweeney-Donham & Sweeney, Inc. <br /> Margaret Kundert - Project Architect <br /> Meeting Called to order by Chairman Vaccaro at 9:00 a.m. <br /> Town Hall, Meeting Room #1. <br /> WMTES- <br /> Thunday- 1995: <br /> Motion made by Mr. Baker to approve the minutes o <br /> Thursday,January 8, 1998 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. tae nia . <br /> VOTE.*- Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Mr. Vaccaro abstained, Dir, Petti absent for vote. <br /> REPORT OF THE AR!CMTFCL <br /> Margaret Kundert and Tadgh Sweeney were present to discuss the preliminary <br /> schematic design of the Fire Station construction project with members of the <br /> Fire Station Building Committee. <br /> The design was remised as a result of requests made by the staff of the <br /> Fire and Rescue Station at a recent design proposal presentation. Schematic <br /> revisions of the design were presented to the Committee for consideration. <br /> (enclosed) <br /> Early price estimations obtained from A.M.Fogarty & Associates, Inc., <br /> Cost Estimators have brought forward an estimated figure of$2,013,685 <br /> for the construction of an 18, 0 square foot building. The projected figure <br /> does not include, furniture, fixtures and equipment that is estimated to cost <br /> 170,000. (exclusive of apparatus) <br /> Non-construction costs associated with the architectural design and engineering, <br /> bidding, construction administration, clerk of the works, printing and testing, <br /> site engineering and contingencies have been estimated to cost$257,470. <br /> Total preliminary cost projection; $2--,441,155. <br />
