Margaret Kundert - Project Architect Meeting Called to order by Chairman Vaccaro at 9:00 a.m. Town Hall, Meeting Room #1. WMTES- Thunday- 1995: Motion made by Mr. Baker to approve the minutes o Thursday,January 8, 1998 as presented. Motion seconded by Mr. tae nia . VOTE.*- Unanimous. 5-0. Mr. Vaccaro abstained, Dir, Petti absent for vote. REPORT OF THE AR!CMTFCL Margaret Kundert and Tadgh Sweeney were present to discuss the preliminary schematic design of the Fire Station construction project with members of the Fire Station Building Committee. The design was remised as a result of requests made by the staff of the Fire and Rescue Station at a recent design proposal presentation. Schematic revisions of the design were presented to the Committee for consideration. (enclosed) Early price estimations obtained from A.M.Fogarty & Associates, Inc., Cost Estimators have brought forward an estimated figure of$2,013,685 for the construction of an 18, 0 square foot building. The projected figure does not include, furniture, fixtures and equipment that is estimated to cost 170,000. (exclusive of apparatus) Non-construction costs associated with the architectural design and engineering, bidding, construction administration, clerk of the works, printing and testing, site engineering and contingencies have been estimated to cost$257,470. Total preliminary cost projection; $2--,441,155.
