July 21. 1 998; <br /> Motion made by Dr.Petti to approve the minutes of Tuesday, <br /> July 21, 1998 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Mrs.Mason. <br /> YOTE.-, Unanimous. -o. <br /> Mr. Vaccaro abstained. <br /> RET C T: <br /> Tadgh Sweeney presented cost estimates for the renovation of the <br /> "ire & Rescue Station to the Fire Station Building Committee for review. <br /> (enclosed) <br /> Developmental costs with add alternates reflect an estimates figure of <br /> $3.7million. The projected construction period for the to-phase system <br /> is 1.5 years or 78 weeks. Discussion ensued. <br /> It was noted that the initial project was to be designed to conform to the <br /> Sete t men's gw'delines for a budget of$1.8 million based upon the feasibility <br /> study performed by Donham & Sweeney in 1996. <br /> It is the consensus of the Committee to further examine potential design concept <br /> scenario's with Mr. Sweeney to meet the infrastructure needs of the Fire <br /> Department. <br />
