Fire Station Building Committee <br /> Minutes <br /> Apr'l 1 , 1 999 <br /> Present: Joyce Mason, George Baker,Dr. Elizabeth Petti, <br /> ; <br /> Peter Thomas,George We niak,Joseph Peltier <br /> Meeting Called to Order b Chairman 1 son at 3: , <br /> "down Hall, Conference Room#I. <br /> MD <br /> Tuesday, rel 6, 1999: <br /> Motion made by Mr.Wezniak to approve the minutes of Tuesday, <br /> April 6, 1993 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Dr.Petti. <br /> VOTE* Unanimous. 6-0. <br /> SC.HEDULEOF ACTWITIES PRIOR TO TQW MEfiING: <br /> The Fire Station Building Committee met for the purpose of discussing <br /> the schedule of activities prior to the Annual Town fleeting. <br /> An informational public meeting is scheduled on Saturday, April 17, 1999 <br /> at the Carol Jacobson Senior Center to present the Fire Station renovation <br /> proposal to interested citizens of the Town of Mashpee. <br /> Members of the Board of Selectmen and Finance Committee will b <br /> invited to attend the meeting scheduled at 11:00 a.m. <br /> Chief Baker is prepafing an informational pamphlet to be distributed at the <br /> public meeting o on Saturday and at the Annual Town Meeting on Monday, <br /> May 3, 1999. <br /> Discussion followed with regards to the outline of the presentation <br /> proposal. Mrs. Mason distributed information relative to the debt service <br /> and sample bond payment schedule for the Fire Station renovation project. <br /> (enclosed) <br /> The Committee reviewed a video presentation for community cable <br /> television programming relative to the Ma tepee Fire Department. <br />
