Elizabdth Petti,, <br /> Peter Thomas, Joseph Peltier <br /> Absent: George Wezniak <br /> Guests: James May—Wallace,Floyd, Associates,Inc. <br /> Sheldon Hamblin—Deputy Fire Ohief <br /> Steve Cashman—Finance Committee Mashpee Firefighter <br /> Meeting g Called to Order by Chairman Mason at 3:12 p.m. <br /> Ton Hall, Conference Room#1. <br /> MINU-TE.S- <br /> Tuesd4y, ADrill .999 <br /> Motion made by Dr. Petti to approve the minutes of Tuesday, <br /> April 13, 1999 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr.Thomas. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 44. <br /> Mr. Peltier absent for vote. <br /> REPORT OF THE ARCHHTECT <br /> James May,Project Architect was present to discuss the conceptual design <br /> of the Mashpee Fire&Rescue Station with'embers of the Fire Station <br /> Building Committee. <br /> The schematic design of April 15, 1999 was reviewed. �&. May indicate <br /> that he is presently working on site elevations to bring forth a conceptual <br /> design layout of the Fire Station for display in Town Hall and at the <br /> Annual Town Meeting on May 3, 1999. <br /> Several members of the Committee met with the architect after the <br /> meeting to address the schematic layout as reconfigured. It is the priority <br /> of the Committee to incorporate exterior windows in all bunk quarters to <br /> comply with air duality and safety egress issues. <br /> Discussion followed with regards to to or site conditions and mandates <br /> dictated by budgetary constraints. It is to consensus of the Committee to <br /> incorporate in the renovation of the existing apparatus bays,the <br /> replacement of all exterior trim. <br />
