The building s designed is functional, and will not comprise
the program needs of the department. It is designed to meet the
requirements of the department realizing that a sub-station is a future
necessity. Any difficulties that arise within the renovated nation should
be addressed in the construction of the satellite station.
Mr. 1 May indicated that he is comfortable to move forward to complete the
.Construction Documents Phase of the intended project scope. As a result
of increased Design Development changes more typically than expected,
the schedule is behind by approximately one month.
Motion made by Mr. Thomas to approve the Design Development
lopment
Phase of the Mashpee Fire and Rescue Station renovation project.
Motion seconded by Mr.Baker.
VOTE: Unanimous. 4- .
Chairman Mason will remit a memorandum to Wallace,Floyd, Associates
Inc. of the Committee's action to approve the Design Development phase
of the project scope.
