The Committee supported the request with the stipulation that <br /> no overtime or prerm"urn fees would be associated to any Sunday wort <br /> activities. It is also necessary for the contractor to obtain permission from _ <br /> the Police Chief to work on Sundays. The Clerk of worts did not voice <br /> objection to the proposal, arta agreed to further review the legality of this <br /> matter on behalf of the Committee. <br /> The Cleric of the worts indicated that the surplus generator would have <br /> the ability to supply emergency power to the Town Hall facility. <br /> The Committee applauded the efforts of the Department of public Works <br /> for site paving and grading wort . It was noted that the DPW would also <br /> assist with site trenching activities. These type of functions result in a cost <br /> savings to the Town and to the budget of the renovation construction <br /> project. <br /> Three quotes will be secured for the purchase of a washer/extractor. <br /> Funds for the heavy-duty washer forprotective clothing will derive from <br /> the contingency fund. <br /> The Committee will select the color scheme for the countertops and <br /> identify signage site locations at the next scheduled meeting. <br /> Town'Counsel will be requested to attend the next project meeting to <br /> document issues of negligence. <br />
